Survey Assistant Project Manager
About the role
As a Survey Assistant Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. (CEC), in our St. Louis, MO office, you will assist a Licensed Surveyor with a variety of projects including crew scheduling and daily assignments, developing deed search and work maps, developing base map CAD files, and conducting courthouse or other records research to collect right of way and property information.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail throughout the survey process
- Aid in crew scheduling and daily assignments
- Create deed search and work maps
- Create base map CAD files
- Contribute to project success through knowledge of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Oil and Gas surveys, Pipeline Surveying, Topographic Mapping, Courthouse Research, Boundary Surveys, construction layout, and GPS surveys
- Occasional fieldwork may occur
Requirements
- 5+ years' related experience
- Knowledge of survey field and office survey procedures
- Knowledgeable of AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar drafting software
- Ability to upload and download equipment and process JXL, DC, or other survey collector file types
- Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 License, or familiarity with sUAS drone operations
- Valid Driver's License

Skills
