Responsibilities
- Create the Extraordinary Train in various aspects of gaming surveillance, including identifying cheating techniques, advantage techniques, methods of play, and dealing procedures on different games.
- Train in the proper use of video surveillance equipment, focusing on proper camera angles, video review techniques, saving of video/photos on digital systems, and video tape systems.
- Train in report writing and documentation of evidence and incidents, including the proper terminology used, proper format of reporting, and training on who receives reports.
- Train in the review of video evidence, emphasizing identification of theft or cheating, collection of all available footage, identification of all possible views, and proper documentation of findings.
- Train in the identification of areas of concern, focusing on the location and identification of possible cheaters, thieves, advantage players, or areas of possible loss through other means.
- Exemplify the company's core values, family style service, mission, and vision.
- Exemplify the company's DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to perform basic math functions mentally.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
- Able to use good judgment and decision-making skills with regards to irregular or suspicious activities.
- Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage math.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Mobility is required.
- Must be able to sit and stand at the console to operate cameras.
- Must have the ability to communicate by telephone and radio.
- Must have the ability to bend over and reach from the floor level to 7 feet in order to perform daily tape changes.
- Able to lift up to ten (10) pounds on a regular basis.
- Normal hearing and vision range are required.
- Work in an environment of 8ft. by 8 ft.
- Areas that employees need to access are as small as fourteen (14) inches.
- Work is performed in areas that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, or dimly lit.

- Performance requirements: Must have the ability to provide internal/external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests.
- Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
