Essential Job Functions/Duties
- Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC.
- Maintains overall coverage required by gaming regulations.
- Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conducts, supervises, and prepares reports on incidents.
- Advises and implements changes from Surveillance management.
- Assists with coaching and counseling, and handles personnel matters.
- Facilitates performance reviews and monitors surveillance activities.
- Maintains records and reports on surveillance activities.
- Reviews video to resolve disputes, investigate, and assist other departments.
- Reports violations to Surveillance Shift Manager and Manager.
- Implements policies and procedures, responds to management and regulatory requests.
- Audits employee procedures and documents findings.
- Captures, tracks, and documents video evidence for risk management, compliance, and criminal activity.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Job Specifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- Two (2) years’ experience in the casino surveillance field, with one (1) year of management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to perform basic math, English composition skills, and computer functions.
- Knowledge of all table games preferred.
- Knowledge of slot machine usage and operation preferred.
- Knowledge of casino operations and gaming operations required.
- Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations.
