Job Summary
To protect company assets by observing, documenting and reporting any breaches, or events that could lead to a breach of the Colorado Division of Gaming Regulations and or procedures stated in the divisions ICMP, or the Triple Crown Casinos rules, policies and procedures.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Checks equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
- Maintains a daily shift log.
- Observes all areas of the casinos for procedural infractions and criminal activities.
- Notifies supervisor of suspicious activities and procedural violations.
- Knows and learns all gaming procedures for slots and table games.
- If assigned, clean and adjust cameras.
- If assigned, install and maintain cameras.
- Maintains cleanliness of room and equipment.
- Must complete job assignments in a timely manner.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements

- Must have 6 months of Casino Operations or Surveillance experience.
- Must have thorough understanding of slot machine operations, poker, blackjack, roulette and craps.
- Must have knowledge of surveillance equipment.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must have thorough knowledge of Colorado gaming rules and regulations.
Education and/or Experience
- High School or Equivalent.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS
- Must be able to obtain a State of Colorado gaming license.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged sitting.
- Hand eye coordination.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
