Surveillance Operator

Responsibilities

• Maintains Red Carpet Customer Service program with patrons and employees.
• Provides video protection in cash handling and back of house areas.
• Maintains gaming regulations and voluntary compliance with company rules and policies.
• Monitors and records video for cheating infractions and player/dealer disputes.
• Completes daily activity reports noting pertinent facts and incidents.
• Maintains and logs recording equipment.
• Notifies appropriate personnel of infractions and cheating observations.
• Performs additional duties as a Technician, including repairs and maintenance of CCTV equipment.
• Assists in ordering equipment and supplies for CCTV system upgrades.
• Answers the telephone during peak activity periods.
• Performs other duties such as removing trash, helping with equipment upkeep, and cleaning work area.

Requirements

• Aged 21 or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mathematical and computer functions proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).
• Knowledge of different table games.
• Ability to observe and identify suspected cheaters and cheating techniques with 20/20 corrected vision.
• Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of on-the-job training or closely related experience.
• Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to perform tasks in various work areas including confined spaces.
