Surveillance Operator - 3rd Shift

About the role

The Surveillance Operator is vigilant in observing all areas of the gaming facility and surrounding areas and reports all procedural infractions and criminal activity to the Surveillance leader on duty.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of work stations and equipment.
• Performs close watch duties as assigned.
• Maintains familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Receives periodic on-the-job training.
• Diligently monitors all company assets as well as monitoring all employees for procedural violations.
• Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of procedures and policies for all departments.
• Enforces department procedures by observing and reporting any failure to comply with company policy or gaming regulation.
• Maintains up to the minute, detailed, and accurate logs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous surveillance experience preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous surveillance experience preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of gaming law, regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures and policies for all departments.
• Ability to enforce department procedures by observing and reporting procedural violations.
• Ability to monitor company assets and employees for procedural violations.
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate logs.
