Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc surveillance audits within manufacturing and production areas
- Observe operations to ensure alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
- Identify deviations between documented procedures and actual execution
- Document findings clearly, with objective evidence
- Ensure adherence to applicable Alcon standards
- Verify proper use of tools, materials, and documentation
- Confirm correct execution of critical process steps
Training and Awareness
- Provide feedback to operators and supervisors on audit findings
- Support reinforcement of procedural compliance and quality culture
- Afford assistance in identifying training needs based on observed deficiencies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Work Hours: Night Shift Monday – Thursday- 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM CST
- Location: Onsite
- Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
