Surveillance Auditor

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc surveillance audits within manufacturing and production areas
• Observe operations to ensure alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
• Identify deviations between documented procedures and actual execution
• Document findings clearly, with objective evidence
• Ensure adherence to applicable Alcon standards
• Verify proper use of tools, materials, and documentation
• Confirm correct execution of critical process steps

Training and Awareness

• Provide feedback to operators and supervisors on audit findings
• Support reinforcement of procedural compliance and quality culture
• Afford assistance in identifying training needs based on observed deficiencies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Work Hours: Night Shift Monday – Thursday- 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM CST
• Location: Onsite
• Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
