About the role
The Surgical Technologist role at Stephens Hospital assists the surgeon and Operating Room (OR) RN during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assists the surgeon and OR RN during surgical procedures
- Prepares operating rooms and equipment
- Passes instruments and supplies to the surgeon
- Monitors patient’s vital signs and responds to emergencies
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology required
- Current BCLS and certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required within 6 months of start date
- Positions located in New Hampshire are required to have a New Hampshire Med Tech License or NH EMT License with National Registry Certification

Pay
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Certified Surgical Technologists
