Position Details
Location: Mease Countryside
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:30am - 5:00pm
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: Yes
Requirements
- Completion of an Accredited Surgical Technology Program or LPN Technical Diploma and 2 years surgical technician experience
OR
completion of a military or hospital based training program with 5 years acute care Surgical Tech experience - Surgical Tech Certification from NBSTSA or NCCT
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Specific Skills
- Knowledge of sterile technique, instrumentation, equipment, and sterile field set-up
- Broad Knowledge of specialty procedures, instrumentation and equipment
- Interpersonal skills
