Responsibilities

• Provide expert service to our customers moving from facility to facility every day.
• Manage an assigned territory with a company provided vehicle and equipment.
• Enjoy flexibility on non-case days when working from home or while traveling.
• Work in a high-pressure environment with confidence and professionalism.
• Develop strong interpersonal relationships with medical staff.

Requirements

• Must hold a degree in Surgical Technology and be certified or eligible to be certified through the NBSTSA.
• Adaptable and travel-ready, comfortable with driving to various locations in assigned territory and staying overnight when needed.
• Able to build strong relationships quickly with surgeons and their teams.
• Skilled at managing equipment and completing administrative tasks required to support assigned territory.
• Ophthalmic experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

Valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)/driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills will utilize a company iPhone and iPad.

Pay

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

8-10 case days per month with flexibility on non-case days.
