Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support during ophthalmic surgical procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment.
- Manage equipment and perform administrative tasks to support assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons and their teams.
- Work independently with autonomy over your work schedule.
Requirements
- Held a degree in Surgical Technology and certified or eligible to be certified through the NBSTSA.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships quickly with surgeons and their teams.
- Self-assured with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with confidence and professionalism.
- Organized and detail-oriented with skills in managing equipment and completing administrative tasks.
- Ophthalmic experience is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills to utilize a company iPhone and iPad.
- Able to develop strong interpersonal relationships with medical staff.
