Responsibilities

  • Provide expert service to our customers moving from facility to facility every day.
  • Manage an assigned territory with a company provided vehicle and equipment.
  • Enjoy flexibility on non-case days when working from home or while traveling.
  • Work independently with autonomy to manage your work effectively while being part of an expert team.
  • Travel to various locations in your assigned territory and stay overnight when needed.
  • Build strong relationships quickly with surgeons and their teams.
  • Thrive in high-pressure environments with confidence and professionalism.
  • Manage equipment and complete administrative tasks required to support assigned territory.
  • Develop strong interpersonal relationships with medical staff.

Requirements

  • Must hold a degree in Surgical Technology and be certified or eligible to be certified through the NBSTSA.
  • Certification through the NCCT may be acceptable depending on territory assigned.
  • Adaptable and Travel-Ready: Comfortable with driving to various locations in assigned territory and staying overnight when needed.
  • Excellent Communicator: Able to build strong relationships quickly with surgeons and their teams.
  • Self-assured: Able to thrive in high-pressure environments with confidence and professionalism.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing equipment and completing administrative tasks required to support assigned territory.
  • Operating Room Experience: Ophthalmic experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)/driving record.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills will utilize a company iPhone and iPad.

Skills

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage equipment and complete administrative tasks.
  • Experience in operating rooms, especially ophthalmic procedures.
