Join Sightpath Medical, the premier provider of mobile cataract and LASIK services across the U.S. We offer an exciting opportunity to specialize in ophthalmic procedures while working with top surgeons in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert service to our customers by moving from facility to facility daily.
• Maintain a self-managed work schedule with 8-10 case days per month.
• Manage assigned territory with a company-provided vehicle and equipment.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons and their teams.
• Thrive in high-pressure environments with confidence and professionalism.
• Develop strong interpersonal relationships with medical staff.

Requirements

• Must hold a degree in Surgical Technology and be certified or eligible to be certified through the NBSTSA.
• Adaptable and travel-ready, comfortable with driving to various locations in assigned territory and staying overnight when needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to utilize a company iPhone and iPad.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Experience in ophthalmic procedures is a plus, but not required.
