Surgical Technologist - Day Shift

Key Responsibilities Include Providing exceptional intraoperative support by anticipating surgeon and team needs while maintaining strict sterile technique.Preparing, inspecting, and managing surgical instruments and equipment to ensure safe and efficient procedures.Supporting smooth surgical operations through effective communication with physicians, circulators, and team members.Demonstrating strong technical skills in assembling, operating, and maintaining routine and specialty surgical equipment.Contributing to an efficient surgical environment by optimizing workflow, conserving resources, and assisting with room turnover and case preparation. Qualifications And Skills Required High School Diploma or GED; completion of a Surgical Technologist Program per the National Board of Surgical Technology.Maintaining certification without gaps; proof of education may be requested.American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.Open to new graduates and experienced surgical technologists.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to perform job functions safely and effectively, with or without reasonable accommodations.
