Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments, supplies, and advanced equipment to ensure safe, seamless procedures
- Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping while prioritizing comfort, privacy, and safety
- Scrub in and partner with the surgical team by providing instruments, handling specimens, and anticipating the team’s needs
- Monitor patients and surgical equipment throughout procedures, responding promptly and effectively to any concerns
- Uphold sterile technique, complete room turnover efficiently, and support a high-performing, collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery - Certified (TS-C)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
- Must live within 30 minutes of the facility
