Surgical Technician Resident
About the role
The Surgical Technologist Resident will be admitted to and successfully complete an online Surgical Technology Program. The resident is expected to complete and comply with all academic standards of the training program, demonstrate clinical skills, and meet required scrub hours within each surgical specialty. The resident will maintain high levels of excellence and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Complete and comply with all academic standards of the online Surgical Technology Program
- Demonstrate clinical skills in scrub roles across surgical specialties
- Maintain required scrub hours within each surgical specialty
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and excellence
Requirements
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent education/experience
Pay
The base pay range for this position is $27.31 – $41.78 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
