About the role
We are seeking a Surgical Technician to join our team in a Per Diem/On-Call, Day Shift role, primarily working weekdays.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the surgical team to provide direct patient care and ensure positive surgical outcomes.
- Assisting surgeons by supplying sutures, instruments, supplies, and equipment during procedures.
- Maintaining sterile techniques throughout surgeries.
- Supporting a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited surgical technology program with active certification or equivalent military/Public Health Service training, or recognized work experience with ongoing education.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Strong attention to sterile technique, teamwork, and communication skills.
