Work Schedule

Part-time, 90% FTE, day/evening shift. Monday – Friday, working 2 8-hour shifts and 2 10-hour shifts. No weekends, holiday, on-call or overnights required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay

This position may be eligible for up to a $13,500 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a Surgical Technologist program
  • Required: Two (2) years of Surgical Technologist experience may be considered in lieu of completion of a Surgical Technologist program
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience as a Surgical Technologist
  • Preferred: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

About the Role

We are seeking a Surgical Tech to:

  • Help prepare the operating room prior to surgery, ensuring the right instruments and supplies are ready in the room.
  • Assist the surgeon by anticipating their next move and handing them any instruments that may be needed in order to make the procedure run as smooth and efficient as possible.
  • Assist with inventory control.
