About the Role

Assist with surgical procedures in the operating room by gathering, organizing, and sterilizing all surgical tools needed for procedures. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to quickly comprehend and respond to the needs of the surgical team and patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize surgical instruments and equipment for procedures.
• Assist the surgical team during operations by anticipating and responding to their needs.
• Ensure all tools and supplies are sterile and ready for use.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the surgical team and patients.

Requirements

• Certificate from an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Effective communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension).
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.

Schedule

13-week assignment starting on 10/05/2026. Shift: 5x8 Days (five 8-hour shifts per week).

Pay

Estimated gross weekly pay: $1,963. Estimated weekly stipend: $1,163.
