Surgical Tech Clinical Adjunct Instructor

About the role

South College is seeking an Adjunct Faculty Member for Surgical Technology. Courses are offered on campus or at surrounding clinical sites in Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Provide didactic, clinical, and lab instruction.
• Teach courses during the day on campus or at clinical sites.

Requirements

• A minimum of an earned bachelor’s degree.
• A credential in surgical technology through a NCCA-accredited program.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience, including two years in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past five years.
• Strong communication and technology skills.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
