Surgical Support Technician

About the role

This position is at Maine Medical Center-Biddeford. Full time (40 hours/week), Day Shift.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sterile and unsterile supplies in all storage areas within Surgical Services.
• Orders, sets, and maintains shelf levels of stock items, special order products, and instruments.
• Establishes, implements, and ensures preventative maintenance program for all OR equipment with the exception of anesthesia specific equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Certified Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Two years of experience in Surgical Services preferred.
