About the role
The Surgical Services Specialist role works closely with the clinical leader and is primarily responsible for the coordination of activities within the appropriate service line. This includes procedures set up and breakdown, troubleshooting equipment, staff education, trial evaluation, budget requests and item acquisition, checking accuracy of booked cases, preference card management and process improvement. Assists leader in planning and facilitating staff meetings and staff development.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology
- Current certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
- Current BLS certification
- Five years of surgical technology experience, including two years in service specific field

Pay
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced CSTs
- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for new graduates
