Conducts audits as needed regarding documentation, patient charges, and outcomes.Resolves patient complaints and other issues that could negatively impact patient care.Acts as a liaison to the multidisciplinary patient care team.Monitors supply usage and costs at the unit level to ensure fiscal accountability.Assists management with maintaining staff and department compliance with all regulatory and accreditation agencies.Delegates tasks to RN and non-RN personnel in accordance with State Board of Nursing and hospital policy.
