About the Role

Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced Operating Room environment with 11 operating rooms. Work alongside a dedicated staff of 40 professionals across all shifts:

• Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 11 RNs, 11 Techs, 2 PCTs
• Night Shift: Mon-Thurs 2 RNs, 2 Techs; Fri-Sun 1 RN, 1 Tech
• Weekend: 1 Charge RN, 2 RNs, 2 CSTs, 1 PCY

Provide exceptional patient care with a 1:1 patient ratio. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including:

• Microscopes
• Da Vinci Xi Robot
• Mako Robot
• Laparoscopic Stryker Tower
• Stealth equipment
• Endovascular Hybrid Room equipment

Experience our user-friendly EMR system, Meditech.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including but not limited to:
• X-lif, A-lif, Decompression, ACDF, Craniotomy
• Robotic surgery (thoracic, general, gyn, and urology)
• Ortho Trauma, total joints (Mako Robot)
• General open and laparoscopic surgeries
• CV: CABG, valves, surgeries of the Aorta (including traumas), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, EVAR, and open vascular cases

Requirements

Must Have:

• General surgery, orthopedic, and neuro surgery experience for both RNs and Techs
• Basic general OR knowledge with more than one year of experience
• If applying for CVOR, at least two years of CVOR experience, including all adult open heart cases and willingness to collaborate with the Cath Lab on TAVR cases for both RNs and Techs

Preferred Skills

• Trauma experience for both RNs and Techs
• Vascular surgery experience, including fistula creations and endarterectomy surgery

• Collaborative team player, understanding different departmental workflows
• Willing to take on extra hours if needed
• Open to mentoring new graduate techs or RNs
