Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of applicable scheduling, administrative, or healthcare experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization processes
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
