Surgical Intensive Care Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit Responsibilities Deliver complex critical care to post-surgical and high-acuity patients, including ventilator and hemodynamic management.Administer IV medications and respond rapidly to clinical changes.Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement evidence-based interventions.Communicate effectively with physicians and educate patients and families.Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and support quality and safety initiatives.Precept new staff and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure.Experience in critical care or surgical ICU preferred.Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and support a mission-driven, faith-based environment.
