Role: RN First Assistant supporting surgical services within a faith-based, mission-driven system. Responsibilities Provide first-assist support to surgeons during procedures.Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients.Ensure safe, efficient surgical procedures.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote whole-person care—mind, body, and spirit.
