Responsibilities
- Preparing and staging cadaver laboratory stations.
- Moving and positioning cadaver specimens in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Setting up and organizing surgical instrument trays, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintaining laboratory readiness throughout training courses.
- Restocking consumable supplies and supporting laboratory workflow.
- Aiding with laboratory cleanup, equipment decontamination, and course breakdown.
- Organizing inventory and preparing supplies/equipment for future training courses.
- Supporting compliance with laboratory safety, infection control, and biohazard procedures.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Associate's Degree required, medical lab focus preferred. Minimum of 0-2 years' experience required.
- Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment and supplies. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to obtain and maintain a T1 Public Trust background check.
- Physical Capabilities: Lifting: Requires lifting materials over 90+ lbs. Ability to stand or sit at a Laboratory for prolonged periods. Ability to climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
