The Opportunity As a Surgical Coordinator, you'll guide patients through every step of their surgical journey by: Scheduling surgeries and managing changesEducating patients on procedures and pre-op instructionsCollecting and documenting patient and insurance informationCoordinating medical clearancesPerforming IOL measurements and clinical testingMaintaining accurate EMR documentationCollecting patient paymentsSupporting physicians and delivering an outstanding patient experience What You'll Bring Excellent communication and customer service skillsA compassionate, patient-focused approachStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility and a positive, team-oriented attitudeComfort working in a fast-paced clinical environmentOphthalmology or ocular pharmacology knowledge is a plus, but not required This role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
