- Provides scheduling support and appointment information to UC Health ambulatory patients.
- Agents schedule appointments and complete registration for identified UC Health ambulatory departments.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
Skills
- Pleasant verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to outpatient scheduling.
- Testing required.
