Responsibilities
- Schedule surgeries and appointments efficiently
- Communicate with patients regarding their scheduled appointments
- Manage and update patient records
- Handle emergencies and make last-minute adjustments
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
