We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like current employees note, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Core Job Summary: description. - Core Responsibilities: list of duties. - Department Specific Functions: more duties. - Core Qualifications: list. - Also mention: "The University of Miami offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, tuition remission and more." That's benefits info. - Also mention: "UHealth-University of Miami Health System..." description of organization (maybe About the role? Could be about the department). Could be considered About the role or maybe not needed. But we can include an "About the role" paragraph summarizing core job summary and department description. - Pay: Not specified beyond "competitive salaries". That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive salaries" but no specific numbers. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "competitive salaries" is vague but maybe considered filler? It's not a specific number. Likely we should not create Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned besides Full Time. Could infer schedule but not explicit. Should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It says Full Time but not schedule details. Likely skip. - Benefits: we have specific benefits: medical, dental, tuition remission and more. That's enough for Benefits section. - Skills: Could be derived from qualifications: proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office), ability to communicate effectively, skill in completing assignments accurately, ability to process confidential info, ability to work independently/collaboratively. Could be a Skills section. But we already have Qualifications (minimum 3 years experience, HS diploma). Could separate Skills vs Qualifications. The instruction: use headings for Skills if posting has real specific content. We have skill statements. Could create Skills section. - Requirements: Could be same as Qualifications? Might combine. But we can have Requirements (maybe experience, education). Qualifications maybe same. To avoid duplication, we could put Requirements as experience and education, Qualifications as skills? But better to follow typical: Requirements = experience, education; Qualifications = maybe additional? However posting only has Core Qualifications list (includes experience, HS diploma, communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, independent work, proficiency in software). That's more like qualifications/skills. We could treat that as Qualifications. For Requirements maybe we could note "Full-time position" but that's not a requirement. Might skip Requirements section. - About the role: we can use Core Job Summary plus department description. Thus sections: About the role (h3), Responsibilities (h3), Qualifications (h3), Skills (h3), Benefits (h3). Possibly also include a short paragraph for metadata like Job Status: Full time Employee Type: Staff. Could fold into About the role or a short p. We must not include boilerplate like "Current Employees: If you are a current Staff..." etc. Remove that line. Also remove "This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive..." maybe keep? It's substantive but it's a disclaimer; could keep as part of responsibilities? It's not a duty but a note. Might keep as part of responsibilities paragraph. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep all duties listed. That's many. We'll put them in
  • under Responsibilities. Also Department Specific Functions could be part of Responsibilities as well (they are duties). Could combine all duties into one list. We need to ensure we don't miss any duty. Let's extract duties from Core Responsibilities (bullet style but actually sentences separated by periods). We'll split each sentence. Core Responsibilities sentences: 1. Obtains pre-authorizations for procedures as required by insurance companies. 2. Oversees, produces, and distributes all surgical and procedural schedules to physicians and departments. 3. Collaborates with patients, families, staff, and providers within the office and the greater community to schedule surgeries, pre-op physicals, and testing. 4. Coordinates with hospitals and vendors for special cases or circumstances. 5. Identifies ways to streamline surgical scheduling process and provides suggestions to managing staff. 6. Ensures that electronic systems and scheduling tools are up-to-date and operating smoothly, and immediately contacts appropriate personnel to resolve any issues. 7. Ensures documentation is complete to support accurate billing of surgical procedures. 8. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets. Department Specific Functions sentences (many): 1. Request and follow up on insurance authorizations for surgical procedures in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Coordinate peer-to-peer for all authorization denials in a timely and effective manner. 3. Maintains appropriate records of all surgical cases as scheduled in a manner consistent with departmental policies and procedures, ensures redundancy by maintaining up to date information of all cases in department-specific shared calendars and/or physician’s calendars according to the operational needs of each department. 4. Answers, properly screens, transfers and/or completes phone calls via the NICE in Contact Telephone system following departmental telephone etiquette, policies and procedures. 5. Maintains department shared calendars and physicians’ calendars updated with surgical cases, upholds data integrity of said calendars. 6. Coordinates with facilities and vendors/representatives for case support and equipment as needed of specific cases. 7. Ensures the appropriate performance of scheduling tools, including electronic systems and reports any issues in a timely manner. 8. Coordinates all pre-operative testing, as required, following protocols for the specific surgical facility. 9. Daily review of prior day cases to ensure appropriate coding, billing, dictation, attestation, operative note completed and signed. 10. Communicate with physician(s) not in compliance with appropriate coding/billing and completed operative chart via email within 24-48 hours of case completion. 11. Ensures optimization of operating room/block times utilization. 12. Ensure necessary pre op testing and clearances are scanned in the system and readily available for review prior to pre-testing appointment. 13. Maintain effective communication with patient(s)/patient’s representative, regarding all aspects of surgical scheduling, communicate all changes to the care plan in a timely manner. 14. Request retroactive authorizations as needed for procedures performed outside of prior authorized scope. 15. Other duties as assigned depending on department’s operational needs. Also "This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as necessary." Could be a note. We'll include all these as
  • . Now Qualifications: list: - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience - High School diploma or equivalent - Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. - Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail. - Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion. - Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment. - Proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office). We could split into Requirements (experience, education) and Qualifications (skills). But we have only one list. Could treat as Qualifications. For Requirements maybe we could note "Full-time position" but that's not a requirement. Better to have only Qualifications section. Skills: Could extract from qualifications: ability to communicate effectively, skill in completing assignments accurately, ability to process confidential info, ability to work independently/collaboratively, proficiency in Microsoft Office. Could also include "Ability to obtain pre-authorizations", etc but those are duties. We'll create Skills section with those skill statements. Benefits: "The University of Miami offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, tuition remission and more." We'll put that in Benefits
    • Medical
    • Dental
    • Tuition remission
    • Other benefits (as described)
    • . Also mention competitive salaries but we avoid Pay section. We could also include "UHealth-University of Miami Health System..." as About the role description. Let's craft About the role paragraph: combine Core Job Summary and description of UHealth. Core Job Summary: "The Surgery Scheduler 2 acts as liaison between patients, professional staff, and physicians by scheduling and coordinating all necessary functions for surgical and diagnostic procedures. Further, the Senior Surgery Scheduler acts as source of knowledge for scheduling staff and oversees their functions to ensure accurately and timely scheduling practices." Add description: "UHealth-University of Miami Health System, South Florida's only university-based health system, provides leading-edge patient care powered by the ground breaking research and medical education at the Miller School of Medicine. As an academic medical center, we are proud to serve South Florida, Latin America and the Caribbean. Our physicians represent more than 100 specialties and sub-specialties, and have more than one million patient encounters each year. Our tradition of excellence has earned worldwide recognition for outstanding teaching, research and patient care. We're the challenge you've been looking for." We'll put that in

. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Structure:

We might also include a short paragraph for Job Status: Full time Employee Type: Staff. Could fold into About the role or a separate

after About the role? The instruction: fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can add a

after About the role: "Job Status: Full time; Employee Type: Staff." That's minor metadata. Make sure not to repeat job title as heading. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, current employees note, tip sheet, etc. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not included "Core Job Summary:" label; we just used the sentences. We need to preserve ALL substantive information: Did we miss any? Let's verify. From posting: - "Current Employees: If you are a current Staff, Faculty or Temporary employee at the University of Miami, please click here to log in to Workday to use the internal application process. To learn how to apply for a faculty or staff position, please review this tip sheet." Removed (boilerplate/application instructions). - "Surgery Scheduler 2 The University of Miami/UHealth Department of Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time, Surgery Scheduler 2 to work in Miami." We have job title not repeated as heading; we might include mention of full-time in metadata. - "Core Job Summary: ..." we used. - "Core Responsibilities:" we used sentences. - "Department Specific Functions:" we used sentences. - "This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as necessary." We could include as a note in responsibilities maybe as a

    • or a

. It's substantive? It's a disclaimer but still part of posting. We'll include as a

    • at end of responsibilities. - "Core
