About the Role

Lead perioperative nursing teams in a faith-based environment, overseeing daily operations, staffing, patient flow, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient surgical services and positive patient outcomes.

• Oversee daily OR operations, including staffing and patient flow
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in surgical services

• Manage budgeting and performance metrics
• Lead staff development and mentoring initiatives

Requirements

• Active Nursing RN licensure
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of surgical practices and evidence-based care
