Surface Mount (SMT) Assembly Operative

About the role

This position is part of a growing manufacturing team responsible for the assembly of high technology PCBs. Positions are needed due to increased demand from current and new clients.

Responsibilities

• Kitting and running the full SMT process including AOI
• Able to work flexible shifts as required
• Work independently and assist in other sections as needed
• Light assembly of products

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience on Europlacer or similar equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage the entire SMT process
• Flexible and able to multi-task
• Team player with patience and self-organisation skills
• Self-motivated and systematic in approach
• Ability to work in a multi-product, mixed manufacturing environment
