About the Role

Supervises employees who test and/or inspect products to determine compliance with specifications.

Minimum requirements:

  • Apprentice graduate, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 4 years of applicable technical experience.
  • OR Related Apprentice certification (i.e. NDT, Dimensional Control) & 0 years.
  • Master’s degree and 2 years relevant experience.
  • 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8 years related non-exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree and experience.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Confidential Clearance.
  • X42/X43 background.
  • Working knowledge of New Construction Carrier and RCOH work practices.
  • Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and interpret procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000.00 to $94,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Shift: 1st (full-time). Relocation assistance is not available. This position is not eligible for telework or travel.
