The Role

About the Role

At HII’s Newport News Shipbuilding, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility. This includes monitoring access points, maintaining security systems, and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities

Monitor access points and security systems to ensure compliance with established protocols.

Respond to and manage security incidents, including alarms and breaches.

Ensure all personnel adhere to security policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to maintain a secure environment.

Requirements

Must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• US Citizenship

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Previous experience in facilities protection or security
