Supvr Radiology

Summary

Supervises the daily activities of assigned radiology staff. Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR Certified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• 2 years of related experience.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

Pay

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Pay range is $44.33 - $66.50 / hour.

Schedule

Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Days.
