About the role

Reporting to the Technical Manager, Pulmonary Function Testing Services.

Responsibilities

• Schedules employees and work assignments at Satellite Suburban Medical Centers.
• Maintains and supervises technical projects including instrument evaluation and method validation.

Requirements

• Respiratory Therapy Degree with a Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively more responsible Pulmonary Function Testing Laboratory experience.
• Extensive training and background in all aspects of Pulmonary Function Testing and Respiratory Therapy, including exercise, methacholine challenge, spirometry, diffusion, lung volumes and airways resistance, and special studies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, technical proficiency, and theoretical knowledge sufficient to perform Pulmonary Function Laboratory functions and to direct others.
