Description

The Converting Supervisor will oversee the safe and efficient operation of production within the Corrugated Container facility. Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating performance expectations to ensure production targets and metrics are met
• Achieving production demands
• Supervising machine productivity and quality
• Supervising, coaching, and mentoring team members

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business Management, Engineering or Operations Management) preferred
• 3+ years of converting supervisory experience in a packaging facility
• Experience working in a Lean environment; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification preferred

• Proven experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Proven track record of effective problem-solving
• Strong collaboration and teaming skills with stakeholders across functions
• Ability to coach and train employees
