About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, managing a caseload, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient needs, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care including medication management, health education, and counseling.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
