Supported I/DD Outcome Specialist

About the role

KenCrest is seeking Outcomes Specialists to support our individuals with intellectual and development disabilities (I/DD). All individuals have the right to be respected, have a voice, and participate in a meaningful community-enriched life. Our team of Outcomes Specialists ensure that each individual we support is afforded the same rights and respected in the same manner as ourselves. It is the expectation that this position will represent, advocate and pursue the dreams of the individual, making their voice the loudest heard.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring involvement and choice of the individuals you serve as it pertains to their life decisions
• Advocating for their rights
• Overseeing the coordination of services
• Offering other supports as needed to promote health, wellness, and happiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Experience working in case management (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation
• Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements

Schedule

Full Time, Monday through Friday (standard business hours)
