About the role

As a Support Worker/Buddy, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to work closely with a very happy 16-year-old male. Your main role will be to provide support primarily during weekends and school holidays, encouraging community engagement, and fostering independence outside of the home environment. Activities would include but not limited to Trampolining, Walking, Beach visits, and outside activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support primarily during weekends and school holidays

• Foster independence outside of the home environment
• Engage in activities such as Trampolining, Walking, Beach visits, and outside activities

• Resilience, patience, and a positive attitude
• Driver with own vehicle essential
• Permission to work in the U.K. at the time of starting employment
