Support Worker

About the role

As a Support Worker, you'll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations.

Responsibilities

• Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
• Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
• Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families.
• A willingness to learn—we'll teach you the rest!

• Loves connecting with kids and helping them grow.
• Can stay positive, even during challenging situations.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and positivity.

Pay

Average hourly rate for this position is $18.48 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).

Hybrid schedule is offered.
