Requirements

• A positive attitude – because being a grump is no fun!

• Player Focus: You obsess over making our Players’ experience the absolute best it can be.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring every Player has what they need for an awesome experience.
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and maintain clean, stocked service areas.
• Bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean.
• Commit to safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including transporting food trays up and down stairs and different elevations.
• Comfort with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Be on your feet for most of the day, with constant engagement in a variety of physical activities.
• Endurance to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.
