Minimum Qualifications

• High school graduate
• Six (6) months experience with regulated personal care agency or like company
• Maintains CPR Certification
• Ability to supervise and direct care team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills including ability to delegate and relate tactfully with customers and the community
• Proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role
• Excellent time management skills and mentor capabilities for self and agency staff
• Maintains a valid Driver’s license as defined by the State of Indiana and/or Agency policy

Essential Position Functions

• Available during regular business hours in person 8:00am-4:30PM

Other Position Functions

• Provides backup for personal care attendant positions as needed
• Participates in On-Call rotation
• Performs other tasks and job duties as assigned by the Program Manager
• Participates in the reconciliation of complaints and grievances as needed

Compensation

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
