Client Support Liaison

Description

CMC:Berkshires (CMCB) is a private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We are driven by optimism about people’s capacity to change and by our commitment to the science of change.

Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated intermediary for our in-house clients to ensure smooth navigation, address concerns, and improve the overall client experience.
• May assist with medication access or logistics.

Requirements

• Preferred experience: Degree or applicable experience in psychology, health administration, or social work.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Patience, empathy and kindness for others.
• This is a support role for those in recovery.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit for periods of 10 hours.
• Ability and comfortable with working independently.
• Ability and comfortable with driving a mini-van.
• Ability to lift, push, pull weight of 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Candidates MUST have a valid drivers license in good standing.

Pay

$22/hour + $5/hour shift differential.

Schedule

Full-time, benefit eligible at 30+ hours/week. 8 or 10 hour shift options Monday - Friday & Weekends Friday- Sunday.
