Maintenance Technician

• Experience in maintaining and repairing building systems
• Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Able to assist in plowing and salting roads
• Able to work at heights including manlifts
• Minimal carpentry skills and ability to lift 20-50 lbs.
• Full-Time Daylight Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• Starting Wage: $24.60/hr.
• Benefits include health insurance, retirement, vacation, and sick days

Custodian

• Ability to complete custodial duties including general cleaning, operation of all cleaning equipment
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs.
• Ability to change light bulbs and air filters
• Ability to perform snow removal
• Ability to keep exterior of the building safe and clear
• Daylight/Second Shift: Daylight 6:00 A.M.-2:30 P.M.; Second Shift 2:30 P.M.-11:00 P.M.
• Wage: $15/hr. Sub ($18.96 full time)
