Support Staff

About the role

We're looking for an experienced support team member to join our team. Our Support Team Members play a crucial part in ensuring an extraordinary hospitality experience for each and every one of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables, floors, and service areas
• Complete side work tasks
• Deliver food and beverages to guests
• Ensure the work area is organized
• Consistently provide warm, genuine, and engaging customer service to all guests

Qualifications

• To be successful, you should be able to memorize the food menu and recall items from memory
• An understanding of proper and safe food and beverage handling procedures
• A high level of energy and stamina; capable of working on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and reaching
• If serving drinks, must be of legal age to serve and certified in responsible alcohol service
• The ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and some holidays

Requirements

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred
