About the role

Support Staff are essential to the daily operations of our dispensary. From greeting customers to supporting the sales floor, you'll help ensure every guest has a smooth, compliant, and enjoyable experience. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that provides exposure to multiple areas of dispensary operations, making it a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning the ins and outs of cannabis retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive first impression
• Educate guests on cannabis products, strains, medicinal uses, and consumption methods
• Verify IDs and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment
• Support your teammates through clear communication and teamwork

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must meet all state requirements for employment in the cannabis industry
