Position Summary
We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent customer service and people skills. This position performs a variety of administrative duties. This position also provides customer service to the public, Judicial Offices, Attorneys, and other Courthouse staff.
Job Description
- Data entry in computer system
- Answering phones
- Preparation of documents
- Preparation of files
- Pulling of files
- Filing in files
Education and Experience
High School or GED equivalent. Preference for prior legal and/or office experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Prior office experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to multi-task
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the office
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Reach with hands and arms
- Talk or hear
- Frequently required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
